In the 1960s, a rebel student wandering in various boarding schools in France, he encountered the guitar and was spotted by Alexandre Lagoya. The recording for the "Chant du Monde" of the music by Léo Brouwer, much appreciated by the composer, was a great success and continues to be a reference.
